Jail Revolt Ends in Brazil

SAO PAULO, Brazil — A revolt at the Neves jail near the central Brazilian city of Belo Horizonte ended peacefully Tuesday when 20 inmates released 28 hostages they had been holding since Saturday, prison officials said.
