NBC chief spokesman M.S. (Bud) Rukeyser will go to work for former NBC chairman Grant Tinker when he leaves the network Friday. “So much for hanging out my shingle,” Rukeyser said Wednesday, after being named senior vice president of Tinker’s GTG Entertainment Co., based in Culver City. Rukeyser will start work for the firm in New York on May 16.
