Southland Communications Inc., a Santa Ana paging company, has received a two-year contract worth at least $300,000 to supply 500 pagers to MAI Basic Four, a Tustin-based computer manufacturer. The pagers will be used by MAI’s field service organization. Southland President Ahmad Bayaa said the contract has a potential value of several million dollars, depending on the options MAI chooses.
