CMS Enhancements Inc. has completed its purchase of the data storage products division of North Atlantic Industries, a maker of computer tape drive products with operations in Long Island, N.Y., and Singapore, for more than $3 million in cash and notes.
Tustin-based CMS is a manufacturer of computer data storage devices for personal computers.
