Ronald Reagan’s attitude regarding the Pentagon scandal: “No one would think that we should be tapping all of those phones . . . just on the suspicion that someone might be out of line” (Part I, June 22).
I agree with him (for once), but then why is his Administration pushing so hard for drug testing of all those people in certain professions, just on the suspicion that someone might be out of line?
