The 4th District Court of Appeal leased a historic building in downtown Santa Ana that will double the court’s space.
The court will move to French Park Place at 10th and Spurgeon streets on a 20-year lease valued at $18 million.
The two-story, 27,000-square-foot building doubles the court’s space at its present location, 600 W. Santa Ana Blvd.
