Ayrton Senna of Brazil, seeking his sixth Formula One victory of the year, won the pole position for today’s Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest. Driving a turbo-charged McLaren, Senna shaved four-hundredths of a second off the practice record set last year by Nigel Mansell.
