New Century Entertainment Corp. has changed its name to New Visions Entertainment Corp., with which it earlier merged. Under terms of the merger, Beverly Hills-based New Visions Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of New Century Entertainment. Movie director Taylor Hackford and attorney Stuart Benjamin received a total of 6 million shares of the new company’s stock.
