Youths Rampage at London Soul Concert

LONDON — Hundreds of youths barged into a soul music concert without paying and went on to loot shops, rob bus and subway passengers and shower riot police with rocks and bottles, police said.
Nine people were arrested and one subway passenger was taken to the hospital with facial cuts, but no serious injuries were reported in the Sunday night melee in west London, police said.
