CLU Names DuPuis to Coach Volleyball

Carla DuPuis has been hired as women’s volleyball coach at Cal Lutheran, replacing Carey Snyder.
DuPuis, 37, was assistant men’s volleyball coach at Brigham Young from 1976-79. In addition to coaching, she will assist Bob Doering, CLU’s athletic director. Since leaving BYU, DuPuis has taught physical education at Southern College of Seventh-Day Adventists in Collegedale, Tenn.
Snyder, CLU’s coach of two seasons, resigned to become coach at Pittsburg College, Kan.
