Northridge Signs Infield Prospect

Rod Benjamin, a two-time All-South Coast Conference baseball player at Cerritos College, has accepted a scholarship offer from Cal State Northridge.
An outfielder at Cerritos, Benjamin is expected to play second base at Northridge.
Benjamin batted .356, had a school-record 77 hits and stole 19 bases in 20 attempts this past season.
