Columbia Savings & Loan in Beverly Hills has hired Daniel C. Rohr as executive vice president and chief credit officer. Rohr, 42, is a corporate and commercial lending specialist who most recently headed the credit policy committee for Continental Illinois Corp. in Chicago.
