Local News in Brief : Santa Ana : Seminar Offered on ‘Avoiding Burnout’

“Avoiding Burnout,” a seminar designed to help employees in high-stress jobs, will be offered by Rancho Santiago College Public Service Institute from 1 to 4:50 p.m. Wednesday and Sept. 14.
The seminar will offer ways for participants to understand and recognize the symptoms of burnout and to develop strategies and prevention techniques.
The fee is $2.50. Students must preregister by calling the RSC Public Service Institute at (714) 667-3154. The seminar will be held in Room 216 at the County Administration Building, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
