Comarco Inc., an Anaheim defense contractor, has signed a new credit agreement with Wells Fargo Bank that provides for borrowing up to $10 million. Wells Fargo will provide a $6-million revolving credit line and a $4-million three-year term note. Comarco currently owes Wells Fargo $7.9 million under an earlier credit agreement. As part of the new agreement, Wells Fargo will receive the right to purchase up to 100,000 shares of Comarco common stock at $3.25 per share. The stock closed Tuesday at $3.875 in national over-the-counter trading.
