Local News in Brief : Costa Mesa : GOP to Give Party for Presidential Debate

Wide-screen television sets will be used to view Sunday’s presidential debate at a party sponsored by the Republican Party of Orange County at the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel, 666 Anton Blvd.
The event will begin at 4:30 p.m., half an hour before the 90-minute debate between Democratic nominee Michael S. Dukakis and Vice President George Bush, the GOP nominee. It is free and open to the public. There will be a no-host bar.
