State forestry officials began seeding watershed blackened in a week-old, 35,000-acre fire near Vacaville that destroyed seven homes and eleven other buildings. Fire information officer Dianne Sanders said the blaze, which started Sept. 18 in rugged brushland about 50 miles east of San Francisco, was fully contained and “everything is looking good.”
