4 Ventura Freeway Lanes to Close Tonight

The Department of Transportation will close four westbound lanes of the Ventura Freeway tonight in the Agoura area while workers replace concrete pavement along a half-mile stretch of the road, officials said.
The third, fourth and fifth outside lanes will be closed at the Lost Hills Road bridge at 8 p.m., Caltrans spokeswoman Patricia Reid said. The second westbound lane will be closed at 11 p.m. during the same stretch.
The second lane will reopen at 7 a.m. Sunday, she said, while the other lanes are scheduled to reopen at 11 a.m.
