Mayfair 21, Magnolia 14--Eric Mitchell scored 3 touchdowns, 2 in the fourth quarter, as host Mayfair rallied for a nonleague victory.
Magnolia took a 6-0 lead in the first quarter on a 9-yard pass from Elliot Parker to Jody Clark. Mayfair took a 7-6 lead at halftime on a 9-yard run by Mitchell and an extra point by Steve Roberts.
The Sentinels regained the lead in the third quarter on a 17-yard pass from Parker to Clark. However, Mitchell scored on runs of 65 and 35 yards in the fourth quarter.
