Local News in Brief : Van Nuys Man Dies in Oregon Accident

A man killed in a traffic accident in Oregon has been identified as a San Fernando Valley resident, sheriff’s deputies said.
Kenneth T. Hopkins, 29, of Van Nuys was traveling on Oregon 126 when his car and a truck collided Monday night 1 mile east of Noti, which is west of Eugene, deputies said.
The truck driver was not injured, they said.
