Plant managers’ expectations for increased orders and overall demand in the current quarter declined for the second period in a row, but their longer-term outlook remains strong, a survey by Dun & Bradstreet Corp. showed. The quarterly plant managers survey showed modest declines in the key indexes of expected production, new orders and demand for the last three months of the year.
