N.Y. Subway Flooded

NEW YORK — Some 200,000 commuters were without transportation early Wednesday when a broken water main flooded subway tunnels and closed some streets around a midtown Manhattan subway hub, officials said. Some sections of the subway system were 8 feet under water.
