Re Nikki Finke’s Oct. 17 article, “Can Backing Bush Hurt a Celebrity?”:
I cannot understand the references to possible blacklisting of actors supporting the presidential candidacy of George Bush. I have been a professional actor for 54 years and in all that time the only blacklisting I can recall was instituted by Sen. Joe McCarthy and his minions.
