Muir 41, Crescenta Valley 3--Quarterback Darick Holmes rushed for 115 yards in 11 carries and 2 touchdowns and completed 6 of 11 for 100 yards and a touchdown to lead the Mustangs at Pasadena City College.
Muir scored on its first possession on Holmes’ 31-yard touchdown run.
Damon Martin kicked a 25-yard field goal in the fourth quarter for Crescenta Valley’s only score. Crescenta Valley’s Huk Upchang completed 3 of 11 for 26 yards and threw 1 interception.
