John G. Hensel joins the Secura Group as managing director and head of the firm’s Los Angeles office, succeeding Billy C. Wood, who will become director of regulatory affairs at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. Hensel served most recently as president and chief executive of Freedom Federal Savings and Loan Assn. in Corvallis, Ore.
