People who lost their lives at sea after leaving Newport Harbor will be honored with a memorial to be dedicated Tuesday by the Newport Beach Historical Society and the Balboa Pavilion Co. The 6-foot-high memorial will be set in Rhine Wharf Park on Lido Park Drive in Newport Beach.
