Three-Building Complex Opens

Dominguez Plaza, a three-building complex at Dominguez Technology Centre in the South Bay, has opened at Wilmington Avenue and Glenn Curtiss Street.
The $3-million Carson Dominguez Properties development, with a total of 70,000 square feet, was designed with a flexible range of user options, from 100% office to 100% warehouse, and a basic core of retail facilities.
Completion of Dominguez Plaza underscores plans for the long-range development of the 400-acre Dominguez Technology Centre, the largest remaining parcel of undeveloped land in the South Bay area. Carson Dominguez will be developing more than half of the center.
