The three players who led Paraguay to a Davis Cup victory over the United States in 1987 were named to the team that will face the Americans Feb. 3-5 at Ft. Myers, Fla., in a first-round World Group match.
Selected were Victor Pecci, Hugo Chapacu and Francisco Gonzales, along with newcomer Rubin Alvarenga.
