India Detains 67 Tibetans

NEW DELHI — Police detained 67 Tibetan exiles Monday after thay began an indefinite program of sit-ins outside foreign embassies demanding “immediate intervention” by the United Nations with China to “prevent further bloodshed in Tibet.”
