William O. Pregenzer has been appointed vice president of the piping systems division of George Fischer Signet Inc., a Tustin-based manufacturer. he joined the company in 1980 as a produce manager, and was later named manager of new product development and national sales manager. Previously, Pregenzer was division manager for American Zettler Corp. and worked in sales for Pennwalt Corp. George Fischer Signet makes plastic piping systems, flow control products, secondary containment piping systems, tank lining and heat exchangers.
