Newspapers and Young Readers

Why not copy the tobacco industry? Give newspapers free to college and high school kids--free to classrooms--English and social studies teachers who will use them. (I notice you give free teacher seminars on newspaper use, but the teacher already reads them.)
I was hooked on Time magazine in high school! My English teacher got 1-year subscriptions for every student in all his classes for a few dollars. He forced us to discover what was printed therein.
I have taken Time magazine for every one of the ensuing 27 years, as have many of my classmates. A pretty good investment by that publisher, eh? Daily newspaper reading is habit, not graphics.
