Anti-Smog Plan

The anti-smog plan for California is certainly not protecting the average citizen.
The plan penalizes the individual while it lets city and private buses, trucks, planes and lazy professional gardeners using gasoline-propelled blowers pollute the air in royal fashion. Of course, no one mentions how much the Long Beach Grand Prix pollutes our air.
And significantly left out of the “new” standards are the electric and gas utility facilities that have long emitted their pollutants at night so they won’t be detected during daytime tests.
