West Coast University held its 40th commencement Saturday at the Wilshire Ebell Theater. Degrees were conferred on 456 students.
Dr. Peter G. Mehas, education adviser to Gov. George Deukmejian, delivered the keynote address and received an honorary degree. The Alumni Achievement Award was given to Alan J. Nestlinger, Hydrology Section Chief for the Orange County Environmental Management Agency.
