Stricken Motor-Home Driver Identified

The identity of the driver of a motor home who suffered a fatal heart attack on the Ventura Freeway was released Saturday by the California Highway Patrol.
The driver was Edwin P. Ervin, 59, who suffered the attack while driving near Hollywood Way in Burbank on Friday. His vehicle struck a dozen vehicles, which resulted in minor injuries to two other motorists, authorities said.
