It seems to me that Okamoto would tap the minority resource, especially Japanese-Americans already in the film business in Hollywood. White Hollywood has ignored the masses of minority talent here.
Okamoto is a godsend for Asians, blacks, Native Americans and Mexican-Americans who’ve been standing in the wings.
