Sprint Sued: Cezar Industries, a provider of enhanced telecommunications services based in San Luis Obispo, sued U S Sprint for $1 million in general damages and $500 million in punitive damages, alleging that the long-distance carrier failed to provide services it had contracted for, billed the company for many unanswered overseas calls and charged rates that differed from those filed with the Federal Communications Commission.
