Agoura 30, Burbank 14--Tailback Dave Caramanis scored two touchdowns at Agoura to lead the Chargers to their third consecutive victory, all against teams in Division II and III.
Agoura (3-1), a Division VII team, previously had defeated Royal and Simi Valley, Division II teams.
Caramanis rushed for 74 yards in 11 carries and scored on runs of five and three yards. All four Agoura touchdowns were set up by Burbank penalties as the Bulldogs were flagged 13 times for 120 yards. Agoura held Burbank to 64 yards total offense in building a 23-0 halftime lead.
Burbank (1-2-1) was led by running back Carl Shilvock (98 yards rushing) and quarterback Jeremy Sparks (142 yards passing and two touchdown throws). Bryan Miclette had five receptions for 73 yards for the Bulldogs (1-2-1).
