Blue Cross of California in Woodland Hills announced that it appointed David M. Tilford vice president of administration for its Large Group Services Division. Tilford was previously a second vice president with Provident Life & Accident Co. in Los Angeles.
ITT Gilfillan in Van Nuys has appointed John J. Molloy Jr. as director of operations. Molloy comes to the company from a Colorado Springs, Colo., division of Litton Industries.
ITT Gilfillan also announced the appointment of Thomas L. Fagan as director of marketing and advanced programs. Fagan was previously corporate vice president for Mantech International Corp.
