The Three Valleys Municipal Water District has named Jim Palm as its new administrative services officer.
Palm, 35, was assistant to the city manager of Stanton in Orange County for the last eight years. He is filling a reorganized position with the Claremont-based water district, succeeding Chris Francisco, who was assistant to the general manager.
