Roy Lee (Chucky) Mullins, paralyzed below the shoulders since Oct. 28, may be at the Liberty Bowl for Mississippi’s expected appearance on Dec. 28. Mullins, who has been hospitalized since he broke four vertabrae in his neck during a game against Vanderbilt, could attend the game unless his recovery slows, doctors said. Mississippi is expected to play Air Force.
