Man Clubbed, Shot at Birthday Party

FULLERTON — A Placentia man was in critical condition Saturday after being clubbed and shot during a birthday party, police said.
The victim, Luis Jose Flores, 21, was shot with a handgun about 8:50 p.m. during an argument at a party in the 1300 block of East Wilshire Avenue in Fullerton, said Lt. Ken Head. Police arrested Joseph Clifford Kapahua of Fullerton, he said. They were also seeking another suspect who they believe clubbed Flores in the attack, he said.
