Filmland Corporate Center in Culver City has been named a “Building of the Year” by the Los Angeles chapter, Building Owners & Managers Assn.
The 360,000-square-foot office center won the award for buildings between 100,000 and 500,000 square feet in size. Judges cited the horseshoe design, terraces, eight-story atrium and screening rooms.
All but 40,000 square feet of space has been leased, according to Grubb & Ellis, which handles marketing.
