Orbison Tribute Concert Planned: Roy Orbison’s widow, Barbara, marked the first anniversary of the singer’s Dec. 6, 1988 death by announcing a benefit tribute concert to be held at the Universal Amphitheatre on Feb. 24. Performers are yet to be announced, but some if not all of Orbison’s former Traveling Wilburys band mates (Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Tom Petty and Jeff Lynne) are expected to be among the performers. The concert--planned as a live pay-per-view television and national radio broadcast event--will benefit several organizations helping the homeless.
