Mill Shops Burn; 3 Hurt

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Three firefighters were injured when flames fed by oiled wood floors raced through a shopping center in a 126-year-old mill complex Tuesday, authorities said. The fire gutted six of the nine buildings, which had been converted into boutiques and other businesses.
