Should we give LATC more money? Would you buy more stock in a company with (financial) “realities” such as LATC’s?
When a movie is a hit, it makes a profit. When it is a miss, it is pulled from the theaters, and the powers that be are forced to contend with the financial repercussions.
By funding a theater company such as LATC when it is losing money, would it not be like saying “keep up your standards, even though they aren’t working”?
