--Recommend less banging noise on dumpster day at 4 a.m.
--Encourage financial committee to change banks on account of free postage (both ways).
--Express dissatisfaction with annual meeting area on account of low back pain from hard folding chairs.
--Suggest shopping news be thrown out of lobby after four weeks.
--Demand management give doorman his birthday off with overtime pay.
--Opt for cable instead of dish antenna but with no added cost.
