Pacific Sunwear in Santa Ana Names President Michael Rayden has been named president and chief executive of Pacific Sunwear Inc., a Santa Ana-based young men’s apparel retailer. He succeeds Gordon Nielson, who assumed the position of chairman and will stay on as a consultant.
Rayden was most recently president and chief operating officer of Stride Rite Inc., the Boston footwear firm. Before that, he was president and chief executive of Eddie Bauer, a division of General Mills.
