Law Firm Sues Rolm Over Phone Service: The law firm Hill, Wynne Troop & Meisinger filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday against the Rolm Co. and others involved in designing the firm’s Wilshire Boulevard office space. The suit seeks damages for a March, 1989, incident in which the company’s phone system was knocked out by a malfunction in the building’s electrical power supply. (Filed March 5; Case No. C754109)
