SEAL BEACH : Forum Planned for Council Candidates

A forum for City Council candidates is scheduled for Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
All eight candidates running for two council seats have agreed to attend the event, which may be the last candidates’ forum before the March 27 election, according to Marilyn DeWitt of the League of Women Voters. The league is sponsoring the forum.
Galen F. Ambrose, 49, Gwen Forsythe, 35, and Dennis K. Pollman, 44, are running for the District 3 seat, which covers the neighborhood known as The Hill.
Charles Antos, 44, James Cook, 37, Marilyn Bruce Hastings, 61, Douglas Hoxing, 35, and Joe Rullo, 54, are running in District 1, which includes the downtown area and Surfside.
