Troy’s Morris Quits as Basketball Coach

Bill Morris has resigned as Troy High School basketball coach, citing health reasons.
Morris, who coached Troy for 14 seasons during the 1970s and early 1980s, led the Warriors to an 11-12 finish and a Southern Section playoff berth in his return to coaching last season. He will remain in his teaching position.
