Company Sells Irvine Offices

Comprehensive Care Corp. has completed the sale of its former corporate headquarters on Von Karman Avenue in Irvine to an undisclosed buyer.
Comprehensive, which operates drug and alcohol treatment centers and now has its headquarters in Missouri, said the sale price was reduced from $9 million to $8.5 million.
The company said it has leased about 21,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in the facility until Sept. 1.
